Ingredients:
1-dispersible tablet in the oral cavity contains the active substance - 5mg desloratadine and excipients: polacrilin potassium, citric acid monohydrate, red iron oxide (E 172), magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, flavor Tutti Frutti (which also contains propylene glycol) , aspartame (E 951), microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol and spray-dried potassium hydroxide (to adjust pH).

Action:
Aleric Deslo Active is a drug alleviating allergy symptoms. The active substance, or desloratadine, is an antagonist of histamine, acting selective for the peripheral H1 receptors. The mechanism of action of the drug Aleric Deslo Active inhibiting the release of cytokines from mast cells and basophils (IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-13), which cause inflammatory reactions and blocking the expression of adhesion molecule P-selectin Aleric Deslo Active clearly soothes sneezing, itchy nose and eyes, reduces the amount of secretions from the nose and redness of the eyes and tearing, and itching. The active substance has a limited ability to penetrate the central nervous system, and therefore does not cause unwanted symptoms such as reduced psychomotor skills and sedate.

Use:
The drug Aleric Deslo Active recommended to relieve the symptoms of allergy (allergic rhinitis origin, urticaria).

Additional information:
This product contains aspartame. Keep out of the reach of children. The drug has no effect on psychomotor performance, but may cause slight drowsiness.

Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the product or loratadine and in children under 12 years of age (children over 6 years of age can take the preparation at a dose of 2.5 mg). It is not recommended to take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The drug contraindicated for patients with phenylketonuria. Taking the individuals with severe renal impairment requires consultation with a physician.

Undesirable effects:
Common may occur: fatigue, dry mouth, headache. Very rarely, some patients may experience hallucinations, dizziness, somnolence, insomnia, psychomotor hyperactivity, seizures, tachycardia, palpitations, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, diarrhea, elevated liver enzymes, increased bilirubin in the blood, hepatitis, pain muscles, hypersensitivity reactions (including anaphylaxis, angioedema, dyspnoea, pruritus, rash, urticaria). The drug can cause sensitivity to light.

Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet (5 mg). With or without food, not crushed. Tablets automatically dissolve in the mouth. In the case of periodic allergic rhinitis (symptoms not more than 4 days per week or more than 4 weeks) treatment should be terminated after the resolution of symptoms, and resume if their recurrence. In the case of perennial allergic rhinitis (presence of symptoms for 4 days a week or more often and for longer than 4 weeks) treatment may be continued in the period of allergen exposure. Treatment of allergic rhinitis and urticaria desloratadine without a visit to the doctor can not last longer than 10 days. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
