1 tablet contains: tolfenamic acid - 200 mg and ingredients: corn starch, sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), macrogol 6000, alginic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, sodium stearyl.
The active substance is Mige tolfenamic acid, which belongs to the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic. This substance is rapidly and almost completely absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. After 60-90 minutes of administration of the product is achieved its maximum concentration in the blood.

Do not use in case of: Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug; hypersensitivity reaction in an interview on the use of aspirin or other NSAIDs (eg. attack of asthma, acute rhinitis, angioedema, urticaria); severe heart failure, liver or kidney; bleeding (eg. from the gastrointestinal tract, cerebrovascular or other active bleeding); gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer; in the third trimester of pregnancy and in children.
In use, may experience side effects - usually nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, anorexia, gastritis, gastrointestinal bleeding and gastrointestinal ulceration, sometimes with bleeding and perforation ( including fatal, especially in the elderly), inflammation of the lining of the colon, exacerbation of colitis, exacerbation of Crohn's disease, hepatic enzymes increased, very rarely hepatitis, pancreatitis. Long-term use of tolfenamic acid in high doses may increase the risk of heart attack or stroke.
For oral use. Adults, elderly: at the first sign of a migraine, take 1 tablet. If there is no improvement, take the next dose 1-2 hours. The tablet is swallowed whole, drink plenty of water. Do not take more than two tablets per day.
